The Let's Make a Splash! Capital Campaign raised over $2.1 million for the new Carbondale Aquatics Center.

The current timeline for open with construction is mid-May 2026

The new Carbondale Aquatics Facility is set to open this upcoming May of 2026! After 2 summers without a pool, we are ready to welcome the community back to a fun space with plenty of great amenities.

On site at the Carbondale Aquatics Center, there will be:

• ADA accessible pools, changing rooms, and facility access
• 6-lane lap pool at 25 yards
• Diving Board
• Climbing Wall
• Entertainment pool with zero entry
• Splash features
• Volleyball net
• Lily pad climbers
• Large capacity hot tub
• All-electric first of its kind in Colorado facility to meet the Town's goals of energy consumption
• Opportunities for Learn-to-Swim
• Swim team practices and meets
• Fitness classes
• And so much more!!

Now Hiring!

The new Carbondale Aquatics Center will need staff to help this facility operate. We are looking to fill the following positions:

• Lifeguard
• Swim Instructor
• Aquatics Supervisor
• Front Desk

All positions include the option for onsite trainings if needed.
