Town of Carbondale Official Adopted the 2021 Building Codes!

The Board of Trustees officially adopted the 2021 Building Codes, which will take effect on July 1st. This means that any permits submitted after this date will need to align with the new regulations, ensuring that our community's buildings meet the highest standards. The building department is working on updating permit applications and guidelines, which will soon be accessible on their webpage—so keep an eye out for those updates!
